Profile Settings
Update your personal information, profile picture, and account settings in the CRM.

The Profile Settings page allows users to manage their personal details, update their profile picture, and control account-related settings.
You can access it from:
Settings → User Settings → Profile
Profile Picture

Upload
Click Upload to add a new profile picture.
Supported formats: PNG, JPEG, GIF.
Maximum size: 10 MB. -
Remove
Click Remove to delete your existing profile picture.
Name
-
First Name (required)
Your given name as it will appear across the application. -
Last Name (required)
Your surname, displayed alongside your first name.
- Displays the email address associated with your account.
- This field is not editable from the Profile page.
- To change your email, please contact your administrator.
Update Profile
After making changes to your name or profile picture, click Update Profile to save your updates.
Change Password
- Click Change Password to receive an email containing a secure password update link.
- This ensures account security through an email verification process.
Danger Zone
- Delete Account
Permanently delete your account and all associated data.
⚠️ This action cannot be undone.
Once deleted, your data will be removed from the system.
Best Practices
- Keep your profile picture updated to make it easy for team members to recognize you.
- Use your official work email to ensure all CRM communications reach you.
- Regularly update your password for security.
- Be cautious with the Delete Account option — it will permanently remove your access and data.
