The Deals Module helps you track opportunities, move them through your sales pipeline, and close more business.
Deals are typically linked with Contacts and Companies for full context.

Workflow
- Create a Deal
- Add a deal manually or convert directly from a Lead.
- Assign deal name, value, stage, and owner.
- Associate with Entities
- Link the deal to a Contact and Company.
- Attach related tasks, notes, and emails.
- Track Progress
- Move deals through pipeline stages as they progress.
- Monitor deal value and expected close date.
- Close the Deal
- Mark deals as Closed Won or Closed Lost.
- Analyze reasons for lost deals to improve future performance.
Example: Creating a Deal
- Log in to your B2B CRM account.
- Navigate to Deals section from the sidebar.
- Click on Create button.
- Enter details like Deal Name, Value, and Deal Stage.
- Associate the deal with Company and Contact using Point of Contact.
- Assign an Owner by selecting Deal Owner (optional).
- Select Point of Contact from the list of contacts.
- Click Create button.
- The deal will be created and you will be redirected to the deal details page.
Best Practices
- Convert Leads into Deals once qualified to keep your pipeline accurate.
- Always set Expected Close Dates for forecasting.
- Regularly update deal stages to reflect real-time progress.
- Analyze won/lost deals to optimize your sales strategy.
