Deal Stages

Manage and customize your workspace deal stages for pipeline tracking.

Deal Stages

The Deal Stages module allows you to define and manage the stages your sales deals move through in the pipeline.
Stages help your team understand where each deal stands and enable accurate forecasting and reporting.

You can access this from:
Settings → Workspace → Deal Stages

Manage Deal Stages

This section lists all the deal stages currently available in your workspace.
Each stage displays:

  • Name – The stage name (e.g., New, Contacted, Qualified)
  • Type – Standard or Custom
  • Status – Active or Inactive
  • Actions – Edit or Delete

Standard stages come pre-configured with the CRM, while custom stages are created by your team.

  1. Click + Create Deal Stage.
  2. Enter a Name for the new stage.
  3. Add a Description that explains the purpose of the stage.

Stage Types

Standard Stages

These are built-in, foundational stages typically used in most pipelines (e.g., New, Qualified, Negotiation).
They help maintain consistency across your organization.

Custom Stages

Created by administrators to support unique workflows or additional steps in your sales process.
