The Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) section helps you define the characteristics of the companies and decision-makers your business wants to target.
By setting up your ICP, the CRM can generate better-quality leads, improve filtering, and personalize your outreach.

What Is an ICP?
An Ideal Customer Profile represents the type of customer most likely to benefit from your product or service.
Setting clear ICP attributes helps your sales and marketing teams stay aligned and focus on high-value prospects.
ICP Attributes
The ICP configuration includes five key attributes. Each field supports multi-select, allowing you to define multiple target segments.
Your selections appear as labeled tags (e.g., “1-10”, “CTO”, “American Samoa”).
Company Size *
Specify the size of the companies you want to target.
Examples include:
- 1–10
- 11–50
- 51–200
- 200–500
- 500+
This helps refine lead generation by focusing on companies within your ideal operational scale.
Target Industry *
Select the industries relevant to your product or service.
Examples:
- Information Technology
- Retail
- Real Estate
- Dairy & Animal Farming
- Healthcare
- Manufacturing
Industries help categorize leads and improve outreach relevance.
Target Locality *
Choose the geographical regions or countries you want to target.
Examples include:
- United States
- India
- American Samoa
- Singapore
- United Kingdom
You can select multiple locations to match global or regional targeting strategies.
Target Role / Job Title *
Define the key decision-makers or personas your outreach targets.
Common roles include:
- CEO
- CTO
- VP Marketing
- CFO
- Head of Operations
- Founder
Roles help ensure you're connecting with people who can influence purchasing decisions.
Target Revenue Range *
Specify the annual revenue range of companies that fit your ICP.
Examples:
- < $100K
- $100K – $500K
- $1M – $5M
- $5M – $10M
- $10M+
This helps align your outreach strategy with prospects that match your pricing and value proposition.
Reset & Save
At the bottom of the page, you will find:
Reset
Reverts all fields to their previous saved values.
Save Changes
Saves all modifications to your ICP configuration.
